This course is available in the South French (Hautes) Alps and Hautes Alpes Provence. But we can arrange family options in the UK upon request. For further information on UK courses please refer to the UK courses page on the main menu.

For many years families have shared great adventures with us rafting, canoeing and kayaking on some of the most exciting white water rivers in Europe. The professional coaches/guides who work on our advanced river courses are the same highly skilled experts that will look after you and your family. You can rest assured that you will be in very safe and capable hands.

Adventurous World
We supply all the river equipment and have a range of white water craft that will fast track you all into the adventurous world of white water boating.

Accommodation Options
We also have a range of accommodation options available, from self-catering studio apartments to our full board Gites/Mountain Hotel to camping options.

Alpine Camping
Our family-size frame tents are pitched on our private site in the beautiful secluded valley of the river Biasse. All tents are fitted with lights and have camp beds. Other accommodation options are situated in a small quiet alpine village only a short distance away.

Mountain Activities
Within the local area there are also many other places of interest and many other activities suitable for all ages from toddlers to teenagers. Climbing, Mountain bike,
Via-Ferata, Horse Riding, Mountain walking, Sailing, Wind & Kite surfing and more...

All courses including BCU Star Training/Assessments and S&R Courses can be included within a 6/4 or 2 day package (excludes BCU fees)

PRIVATE CAMPSITE (non course paddlers are welcome for for just camping)
Set in the beautiful river Biasse Valley. Great central location for kayaking. Mountains all round offering climbing, bike and walking trails. Close by the village of Freissinieres and Pallon for restaurants/bars. Bread ordered from local Boulangerie. Very safe and secluded parking.

Electricity 3.00 Euro per day per socket
Tourist tax (00.30 cents Euro) per person per day is included in the camp fees

Some of the other activities that can be sampled in the area include via ferrata climbing, fly-fishing, mountaineering, mountain biking, canyoning, telepheriqies (cable car), horse riding, walking, swimming and sailing.

There is a Hotel/Restaurant/Bar in the Village of Palon 10 minute walk away from our location. Also the Mountain Hotel/Restaurant 5 Siasons is a 5 minute drive away.
