Introductory Course
(Can include BCU 1-2*)
Canoe Control introductory (fundamental) course for Kayaks, canoes & sit-on-tops. This course is available in a number of locations in the South West and can include the BCU 1 and 2 star assessments.
This course is designed to give you the core skills needed in your new sport. The structure is flexible and the course proceeds at a pace determined by you, the learner. Therefore if your progression is fast we will develop your paddling beyond the normal boundaries of an introductorycourse. Experiential learning and led discovery are the methods we use to optimise your time on the water.
