Jules Bernard
Is the European Chief Instructor for Rescue Training International. He is an established Swift Water Rescue Instructor and has provided training around the globe, this includes having delivered the first Swift-water Rescue course for the Singapore Canoe Federation in Thailand last November. Jules is working in close collaboration with Canoe Control to produce specialist rescue training courses. Because of his recognised expertise, Jules was sort after by Canoe Control to work on the technical rope workshops on their 2008 Uk River Rescue Symposium. His delivery is straight forward and exact but it hits the spot. However because Jules is also an aspirant level 5 canoe coach. He will be working on the new BCU ww safety and rescue courses.
